We developed a bespoke tool that generates job descriptions and accompanying social media posts based on basic job details, maintaining a consistent brand voice and style. Additionally, we created a CV analysis tool that scans CV’s, suggests top candidates for roles, and standardises the information for easier comparison.

With over 3,000 online lessons taking place weekly worldwide, this tutoring company needed an effective way to monitor lessons for specific language use, ensure consistency, and maintain high teaching standards.

We developed a custom AI bot to analyse online lessons, monitoring specific words and tracking the percentage of talk time between students and tutors. The bot also provided lesson ratings, summaries, and time tracking tools to ensure consistency and quality.

A telesales agency with over 80 agents faced inefficiencies in monitoring calls and training staff, as well as inconsistencies in follow-up notes, which were costing valuable dialling time.

We implemented an AI bot to review each call, generate summaries, and evaluate agent performance. A daily summary report was also created to highlight strengths and areas for improvement. Additionally, a note-taking bot was deployed to automate and standardise follow-up notes after every call. We also introduced an AI-powered pitch generator that crafted the perfect sales pitch based on initial discussions.

The AI feedback was embraced by agents for its objectivity, and the data generated by the bots was far more comprehensive than what could be produced manually. Agent productivity increased, morale improved, and the team was streamlined, allowing seven trainers to return to making calls, contributing to an additional 4,500 hours of dialling time per month.
